Newell Hill Place

Master Bedroom in a 2 bedroom townhome located just outside of Downtown Walnut Creek located conveniently within walking distance of Whole Foods, Dunkin’ Donuts, Newell Liquors, and Safeway. The bedroom has its own private balcony. The lease is up in February so about a 7 month commitment. It’s 2600 split between you, and 2 other roommates. Bills not included as it varies.

I am moving out so I am looking for a responsible replacement, preferably someone within the same age group. The other roommates are M (26) and F (23). Male lives across the hall and the female lives downstairs behind the kitchen. There’s a small dining/common area. Male plays guitar most mornings so you’ll have to be okay with that. Female smokes weed occasionally.
