The fully furnished bedroom is approximately 170ish sq. ft apartment in Attleboro, MA. The bedroom has one walk in closet and an open closet. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family home. It has one shared bathroom, a large kitchen, and a fully furnished living room and bedroom with large bay windows. The home comes with washer/dryer, internet, full kitchen equipment, etc. Good street parking and parking for visitors as well. Rent does NOT include utilities. (shared between roommates) IMPORTANT: Two very friendly cats also live in the apartment. NO ADDITIONAL PETS.

Located on a small dead-end street in Attleboro, MA. 1 mile from the Attleboro train station. 1 mile from Capron Park. There is a beautiful farmers market in the summers at Capron Park. It is also just a 10-minute drive to most shopping centers and malls. 20 minutes from Gillette Stadium and Trader Joes. 20 minutes from Providence, RI.

Looking for respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (expect to take turns purchasing common supplies, toilet paper, etc.) Preferred roommate is age 21-35. Perfect for an undergrad, young professional or grad student who does not party late or let people sleep over without roommate’s permission.

If you need an amazing apartment with an open and honest roommate with all the amenities at an affordable price. Great space if you’re a cat person, the cats are super friendly and kind. (Their names are Evie and Sprout) The place is fully furnished, with access to ample street parking. TV has most of the streaming services: Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, and HBO Max.
