I am renting a room in a townhouse that I’m about to close on shortly not out of financial necessity, but more for peace of mind and security. I have a full time residence in North Central Florida, but my office is in St. Pete. I will not be at this townhouse full time, which means you will have the place to yourself more than 50% of the time. Therefore, I am being very selective:

Looking for someone who is responsible, respectful and clean. Someone who will keep the common areas clean and organized, not into partying or big gathering, does not use any kind of drugs, does NOT have a felony record, and will not have overnight guests while I’m there. If you are a first responder, a teacher or a hard working student, I will drop the rent some.

The place will be furnished before I move in, your room can be furnished or you can bring your own furniture, I just need to know ahead of time. There are two guest bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, the one upstairs will be exclusively yours to use.

Please note: I’m looking for a long term set up, but this will be a month to month arrangement to make sure we are a good fit. A 30 day notice to move out from either party would be required. First+Last+Security deposit = $2500 is needed to move in.

I am a hard working, active, super clean and organized professional in the tech industry. I love to cook and be more than happy to share with you. I have not had a roommate since college so this is a new endeavor for me at this age! I am private, but a social individual.
