Bedroom available in newly renovated condo on 2nd story. Quiet neighborhood, but close access to important stores (King Soopers, Target, etc) and good restaurants. Shower will be renovated in a few months so bathroom will be even better. Kitchen is small (like a regular apartment) but all appliances are new. Currently unfurnished because I just secured the place and am starting to move in - I can send you progress photos as I add more furniture this month :) less than 5 min drive from 225 freeway, Alameda exit (AKA close to in-n-out!)
I’m quiet as a roommate but also friendly and will definitely talk to you if you’re open to it. I am very clean and expect you to also clean up after yourself. Ideally prefer a roommate who doesn’t work from home, because I’m usually working at home. My hope is that we can be friends and have a respectful relationship together. Cats and small dogs are welcome if they’re friendly and mostly quiet!
