Hello room for rent near ucr. Must be student any university/college It’s in a gated community so there’s a pool,jacuzzi and a park in the community you can use. There are two rooms available for 760 shared bathroom. The rooms are very spacious I was able to fit all my furniture plus my setup as a nail tech and still be able to walk around. The ac works amazing and it’s never hot in the house. There’s washer, dryer, a gym in garage everything is available for use however you see fit. I have a walk through of the house if you want to see the house just message me for it so I can send it The only requirement is you have to be a student but from there it’s really easy to qualify our landlord made it this way because she knows how hard housing can be for students

Everyone’s a student so we’re all studious, respectful, and chill. There aren’t many rules you can bring guests over , sleep over doesn’t matter as long as you don’t party hard all the time and you’re throwing parties or something lol and clean up after yourself. We have a communal shared table where if you want to share a snack or it’s up for grabs you can put it there and no pets sorry about that Overall a nice house to live in
