My boyfriend and I are renting out a private room and bathroom in Roseville! We are 21f and 24m with a 10 month old german shepherd who is super friendly and will most likely follow you around like a puppy. We both work full time jobs and are in school, so it’s pretty quiet around here during the week. We are looking for a roommate who is the same! We keep company to a minimum to be respectful to everyone, but friends are welcome! If you do smoke, no worries just needs to be outside :) We will be offering a 6 month lease that if both parties agree after the initial 6 months, can be extended as long as it works out for everyone!
