West 31st Avenue

Spacious house with front patio and large backyard. Located in a quaint residential neighborhood. Solid strip of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars two blocks over. Sam and I live in separate rooms in the basement. You would have the two upstairs bedrooms. So there will be three people in the house total. Both of those rooms are 10.75 ft by 9.9 ft.

I’m Zach and I just moved in July. I work remotely out of my basement room 5 days a week. I enjoy checking out new places, going hiking, skiing, and camping on the weekends. Sam has lived here for a year. He works 4 days a week in the office. On the weekends he goes hiking, skiing, and paddleboarding.
