Spacious house with front patio and large backyard. Located in a quaint residential neighborhood. Solid strip of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars two blocks over. Sam and I live in separate rooms in the basement. You would have the two upstairs bedrooms. So there will be three people in the house total.

I’m Zach and I moved in a year ago. I work remotely out of my basement room 5 days a week. I enjoy checking out new places, going hiking, skiing, performing comedy, and camping on the weekends. Sam has lived here for a couple of years. He works most days in the office. On the weekends he goes hiking, skiing, and paddleboarding.
