East Fourth Street

The apartment is a great located 2/5 min walking distance to bars, stop and shop and a bunch of coffee shops. On the first floor the Kitchen and living room are located with an open concept. The apartment also has a decent size backyard with a fire pit for summer nights. I’m terms of parking, it’s all street parking but we’ve never had a problem finding a spot outside or a little down the street. The room is pretty spacious located on the basement floor of the apt. The room has a good size closet and is able to fit a queen size bed, two side tables and dresser Comfortably. The bathroom is right outside the bedroom as well.

Both roommates are females who just turned 30! We both work in the school system so were out the door around 6:30 and back around 4/4:30 ish. During the week, we usually stay in but enjoy a glass of wine watching our fav shows. During the weekend, we both go out to some of the bars around southie and seaport area.
