Lehman Avenue

We have apartment #310. We are looking for someone to take over our lease from the beginning of July to the end of August, although it can be extended if you want. We are sharing the apartment with roommates but can’t afford to continue. The roommates will still be there until the end of August. Apartment comes with a Vivint home security system, pool, gym, outdoor grill, basketball court, and several nice hangout spots for gatherings. Across the street we also have a park, library, and access to the green line train as well as a UTA bus hub.

We’ll split the pantry. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2. There is one parking space in the garage available (we don’t have a car)

Originally from California, [we’re] moving for career reasons and would love to find like-minded people to live with as [we] make this transition. [We] have two cat-babies (Kahlo & Mixi), who are both well-trained and extremely friendly (we have TONS of pictures to share). [We] keep mostly to ourselves, but do love to chat about shows, movies, video games, art, culture, and plants!
