My fiancé and I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. You will have access to your own bedroom, but shared bath with are other Roomate. There’s a loft and full completed luxury back yard with a fire place corn holl and privacy. Laundry is right next to the bedroom. It’s a corner lot with plenty of privacy. We have two dogs who we see as our children. Ideally we would like someone clean, friendly, and financially literate/ responsible/ fun. We are located in inspirada and the community has a pool, as well as many parks. Pay for the room is negotiable however the amount each month will be at the beginning no matter what. For my fiancés safety if I’m not home we prefer to only have female Roomate’s.

I’m an asthmatic so we expect a clean non smoking roommate. We are fun and hope to make you feel welcome in our home. We are both very friendly easygoing and respectful of your privacy.
