Dakota's room

My fiancé and I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. You will have access to your own bedroom, private full bath. There’s a loft if needed and back yard. Laundry is right next to the bedroom. It’s a corner lot with plenty of privacy. We have two dogs who we see as our children. Ideally we would like someone clean, friendly, and financially literate/ responsible/ fun. We are located in inspirada and the community has a pool, as well as many parks. Pay for the room is negotiable however the amount each month will be at the beginning no matter what. For my fiancés safety if I’m not home we prefer to only have female Roomate’s.

I’m an asthmatic so we expect a clean non smoking roommate. We are fun and hope to make you feel welcome in our home.
