Nice home in safe quiet neighborhood, owner lives on property. Furnished room nicely decorated home with pool in backyard. Parking in front of premises, walking distance to shops and or school, close to bus line. Respectful quiet home, no smoking, not a party house. No Pets or overnight guests. Long term rental preferred.

Homeowner lives on premises, with own bedroom bathroom. Two adult females who work during day, friendly respectful, occasion watch movie together, but dont really hang out frequently, we all just come and go.
