Price includes all utilities, wifi, access to neighborhood pool key, private bedroom with a king sized bed, one car parking space, shared bathroom, washer, dryer and kitchen with island area to eat. NO use of living/dining room, garage or patio and NO guests over at any moment. There is a non-refundable $100 security deposit on move in day that will be used for carpet washing and wall painting after moving out.

My husband and I occasionally have friends and family over but luckily the rooms are decently far from the social area. I am very respectful of peoples privacy so as long as no issues are present, we will stay out of the way!
