($20 off per month per room for electric). 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment on 524 sides on the 2-second floor. It is a furnished apartment (decor not included). We were looking for a potential roommate. There is one cat in the apartment named sugar; she is super cuddly. Two pools, two gyms, study rooms, bus stops to UK, a gated community, and one guest parking pass. You will have to fill out an application that has an application fee ($25) and get approved by the apartment complex. If you’re interested, don’t hesitate to message us!
