You will have bright, light and airy furnished room with a bed with a walk-in closet. The house is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other female. The bathroom is located outside the bedroom. The house has a nice quite backyard. Parking is on the driveway/ street parking. Ideal for Students in Emory, Agnes Scott, close to Downtown Decatur. There is a Marta bus stop walking from here which can take to Decatur, Avondale Marta station, Downtown Atlanta. Coinvent to I20 and 285. Walmart, Kroger are within a mile. (WIFI, washer / dryer/, central air and heat, full kitchen, hard wood floors, furnished room with Bed, Dresser and walk in closet. Utilities will be $75 per month in additional to the rent.
