Looking for a female roommate—preferably a student around 19-25, but open to outside of that. Preferably someone quiet and clean, as my course road is pretty intensive and I have to be able to study. Must be okay with dogs!! I have one Australian Shepherd around 45 pounds that’s very friendly. Would be great if you’d be willing to let her out occasionally, but not necessary. You would have your own room with a closet. We do share one bathroom. The common spaces include a living room, den, kitchen, dining room, and garage (used for storage and laundry). There is some room if you plan to bring furniture. Your bedroom is unfurnished. There is a additional bedroom that I use as an office. The house has a fenced in back yard that’s pretty large. I also have a security system installed with three outdoor cameras and window and door sensors. Would be happy to discuss any other questions you may have and send photos of the space!

Here are the details: Move-in Date- August 15th (your first months rent would be the full $650 and then the second month would be prorated to $433) Rent- $650 a month (due by the 5th of each month—if you’re late there is a $130 fee) Wi-Fi- 37.89/month (due on the 2nd of the month) Water Bill- Average based on the past 11 months is about $26/month (the highest was 29.19 and the lowest was 23.71. It’s also due the last week of the month) Electric Bill- Average base on the past 11 months is about $62/month (the highest it’s ever been was $97 in the heat in the summer and lowest was $41 during fall. It’s also due the last week of the month) Yard work- $35/every four weeks during mowing season (If you’re willing to mow the yard and weedeat then we can talk about me paying you my $35!! Must have own lawnmower and weed eater for this to be possible. $17.50 is due every two weeks otherwise) Location- Right next to the Boulevard Bar and Grill! Very conveniently located near MTSU (walkable distance) and the square. If you’re a biker, this location would be perfect for you.

Total- Around $810 a month (until mowing season ends) or $775 (after mowing season)

A little about me, I am 21 and starting my senior year at MTSU and majoring in Accounting and Political Science Pre-Law. I am also a part of a few clubs so will be out for meetings (may occasionally host meetings but not often). I work during the school year, typically 7:30-11:30 and one day all day. Other than that and class, I am mostly home. Very clean (have a chore chart that worked well with my last roommate that would love to keep going).
