Looking for someone to take over my husband and I’s apartment lease at Marquis At Treetops in September ( ends in December).We love living here, but will be moving into our new house soon.
It is a one bedroom & one bathroom apartment with a generously sized bathroom and walk in closet. The living room is spacious and there is a small patio with a beautiful view of the Texas hill country. It has 2 parking spaces included: an attached one-car garage spot and a driveway spot behind the garage. The apartment is in the corner of the complex and is very private. The pool is within walking distance and there are many trails you can hike nearby. Pets are welcome!
Amenities: Pool with Grills for cookouts Hot tub Gym Dog park Hiking Trails that begin at the apt. Complex
Location: right by the main highways: 183, Loop 1, and 360. Grocery stores (like HEB, Costco & Target) and shopping outlets (like the Domain) within 15 minutes
Details:
Your lease would begin on September 1st, 2022 and end on December 22nd, 2022. Rent would be 1949.00 + utilities. We are flexible with the move in date, we can be out by August 22nd. You would have to fill out an application ( proof that your income is 3x rent, background check, & application fee)
Other monthly payments: Pet rent- 40$ ( If you have a pet) Valet trash pick up- 25$ a month. Washer & dryer rent ( if you rent) - that would vary depending on what company you use. Our current one charges 58.43$ for both
About the roomies
No roommates, you would be taking over our lease and getting the place to yourself!
