Looking specifically for a female college roommate. Apartment is located 15 minutes away from Long Beach State and 20 minutes away from Cal State Fullerton. Apartment is located 30 minutes away from Hollywood, Los Angeles. Located 20 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. Rent includes a parking spot but would also need to pay for electricity (including nest thermostat), water, and internet separately (depending how much is used that month). The apartment is right off the 605 and the 101. There is a Walmart, Target, and Costco all located in a 3 mile radius. Street parking is also available.
