McLain's room

My home is a cute bungalow walking distance from downtown Fort Mill, SC. There is also a beautiful park walking distance as well. Fort Mill is wonderful; the neighborhood is calm and peaceful. My neighbors looks out for each other and are friendly faces. My home is 1,300 square ft and sits on 3/4 an acre - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Both bathrooms are brand new. I live in the primary bedroom that has an en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom is in the hall, next to the second bedroom. The kitchen is large! There’s a dinning room with a table for 10 and a cozy living room. There is a laundry room, which is being worked on by my contractor right now. This is why the move-in date is October 1. The laundry room should be done well before this.

I travel A LOT, and I just bought a converted van to travel even more! I work from home and try to take advantage of it. Given that, I won’t be home too often, and when I am, I’ll only be back for a month or so stretch. I am clean and tidy. I love nature, reading, and watching HGTV. I’m very outgoing, but I like my time to myself. I do love to have fun!! I go out every so often to clubs and such, but I’m more of an activities person (breweries, live music).
