The house is on a quiet street (near NE 62nd St and 1st Ave NE) in an excellent location with tremendous walk/bike/transit/drive-ability: less than 2500 feet to bus, Green Lake, I-5, light rail, grocery/etc. shopping; 1.5 pleasantly walk/bike-able miles to UW. A productive fig tree and nice flower and veggie garden are out front along with easy on-street parking.

The house is a 2000 sq ft, 2 1/2 story, 2 bath home built in 1920, updated in 2011.

1 bedroom (10.5x10.5) and 1 full bathroom on the main level and the 1/2 story upstairs (10x35) are your space, lightly furnished or not.

The living room (24x12); spacious, bright, well-equipped kitchen (18x12); and laundry room, on the main level, are shared.

Looking for a responsible, self-sufficient, vaccinated party to share a (meat, fish, alcohol, tobacco)-free home with a 53 year old man and a pair of cat brothers.

Hatha yoga and meditation are happening here in the interest of the expansion of Consciousness. The vibe aspires to “sattva”: “the quality of goodness, positivity, truth, serenity, balance, peacefulness, and virtuousness that is drawn towards Dharma and Jnana”.
