I’m Ty. I’m 24 y/o and a full-time student and worker. I’m super friendly and an experienced roomie. I spend a lot of time at home because I have a WFH job but I do occasionally go out since Deep Ellum is less than 10 min away and full of nice bars and clubs. I’m a non-smoker and I love a clean home. I did recently adopt a dog. Poppa, he’s a Pit Bull Terrier Mix. He is pretty chill, but I do not know how he interacts with other dogs. My lease is up Sept 26th, after that I would be moving so this would be considered a short-term stay. Rent HAS to be paid through CASHIERS CHECK. You can either get one from your bank and I will turn it in or I can be trusted to take your half and get a cashiers check from my bank.
