MOSTLY FURNISHED MASTER BEDROOM FOR RENT IN A FULLY FURNISHED TOWNHOUSE LESS THAN A MILE FROM DOWNTOWN EL SEGUNDO:

I’m a 29-year old guy who recently bought a 1700-square foot 2 bed, 2.5 bathroom townhome in El Segundo and have a mostly furnished extra master bedroom (everything except a bed) that I am looking to rent out for $1800/month.

The place is fully furnished and includes a bunch of amenities, with a shared backyard, firepit and jacuzzi, in-unit laundry, a reclining couch in the spacious upstairs living room, a housewide air purifier, an upstairs patio and grill, mood lighting and smart house features, garage parking, a small gym in the garage, plenty of storage and even a Tesla charger.

The room available for rent is unusually large and also includes a walk-in closet and its own private bathroom.

I’m open to renting the room out to whoever seems like they would be a good match. I am pretty easygoing and work from home, so I would prefer the renter work in an office setting on weekdays.

I own a three-legged cat and he isn’t leaving anytime soon, so recommend those with allergies or issues not apply.

Just me and my three-legged cat. Girlfriend will be over frequently, but otherwise I don’t often have guests.
