l am looking for someone to take over my lease for my apartment at the Harlow River Oaks. It’s in a great location in River Oaks about 12 mins from downtown, and 5 mins from the Galleria. It’s very spacious with a lovely pool view. New management has been here less than two weeks, and they are phenomenal!! Pet friendly. Great for a couple, or a single individual! Serious Inquiries will get personal in-apartment photos! I love it here, but unfortunately my job has me traveling a lot and I am barely here. Normal pricing for this apartment right now on the website is $1901, but MY lease term is for $1420! So, please disregard the price on the floor plan. That’s just what it is on the website today, but my personal lease terms are $1,420.

I will not be in the apartment. I am looking for someone who is willing to take over my lease & go through the proper steps to do so. You will come to the property, get a tour of the floor plan, apply, & if approved, the lease is yours. The lease ends May, 2023 & the monthly rent is $1,420. Living room set available at no charge if want it! Security deposit is a prorated rental fee starting July 17. The fee will decrease every week since I have already paid rent for the month of July.
