Eddie's room

There are currently 2 bedrooms I have available for rent. This is a very nice 3bd / 2ba house located in South Austin just minutes away from downtown. It has a nice backyard, good sized rooms, and living spaces. Please let me know if you are interested in renting a room or if you have any questions.

Currently it’s just me loving here. I am a very laid back guy. Early 30’s. I work from home but do have meetings I have to go to throughout the week so I’m in and out a lot. I enjoy watching shows/movies, playing disc golf, and sometimes I go out and drink. I don’t have any pets but love all animals. Just looking for a guy or girl that’s a good person, easy going, keeps a stress-free environment, and can pay bills on time.
