About the room
Pool access on property during summer. TV included. Also have storage room. Laundry room in home. Although you have your own bathroom it is a 1/2 bathroom so you can share the bigger bigger bathroom with full shower/bath and double sinks. I do have blow up bed if you need to use it. Also note the buses to Manhattan stop on corner and run 24/7
About the roomies
Just me, Quiet Community, I work from home but spend all my time in my office, rarely in Living room or dining area so you will have access to whole place.
