Hello there!

I am listing a 1 bedroom with private bathroom that is available now. $850 is due the first of every month. $850 covers both the rent and the utilities (BGE & Fios internet). $500 security deposit (can be negotiated).

Im in a townhouse in Odenton across Ft Meade. The middle level of the house (kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and living room) would be the common area. We would share responsibility for buying paper towels & dishwasher pods (& etc) but groceries would be separate. I have a decent size deck with a fire pit. Two cats, Chloe and Penny, but no other pets allowed. The area is quiet and the neighbors are nice. There is a community pool and gym which we can get you a pass for.

My name is Tricia (38/f). I have the main bedroom upstairs. You would be living across the hall from me. I’m a drama free gal. Easy to live with. Good roommate etiquette. Clutter free. Chloe and Penny (the cats) usually hang upstairs with me.

Dom (34/m) has the majority of the basement with his own door. The same as me - easy to live with. Good roommate etiquette. Clutter free. The washer/dryer is in the area before you get to his door.
