Hi! I’m Alison, I’m 30 and just moved to SD for a new job. I have a gorgeous, brand new/never lived in 2 bed 2 bath and am looking for a year long commitment from someone with good credit! Must be 750 or above. I’m very chill and easy going. I work during the week, and am usually at the complex pool or beach on weekends. All I ask is that you are responsible, reliable, and clean up after yourself. Room is large with massive walk in closet and private bathroom. The complex has 2 pools, 3 gyms, and 3 game rooms.

I’m like to keep clean and fairly to myself. Down to be friends and hang out if the vibe is right. Otherwise perfectly happy being friendly but staying in my room with the door closed.
