Melina's room

Hello there! The property is in walking distance to Loma Linda University and Loma Linda University Medical Center. The area is quiet and well kept. There is covered parking as well as a small yard space. Pets are allowed. My roommate and I are from out of state and will be moving back. Our lease goes through December. The only utilities not included in rent is electric, wifi, and gas. It is a two bed, one bath. The bedrooms are quite large and both are available. If someone would rather have a two bed to themselves, that is an option–as is rooming with a roommate and splitting rent. It keeps a steady temperature, I didn’t need to turn on the AC until June. The AC and heat both work well-they are central. All of the appliances work well. The landlord has been great. If we needed anything, she responds promptly and has someone who cares for the condo. This has been a perfect place to live going to school and working at the medical center–one of my favorites. I am happy to answer any questions!

We are friends and we will both me moving out together. One of us works from home and the other is graduating from school. We will be moving out.
