Room for rent in a quiet gated community. Newly renovated house with new appliances and pool in gated community. Close to freeways, schools, bus stops and commercial establishments. Ideal for La Sierra and CBU students and those working in the Inland Empire area. Utilities and high-speed WiFi are included in the rent. You will have your own room with a full bed included if wanted. It will be a shared bathroom with one other guy. Laundry and dryer in house as well. 3 other guys living here, and all are Cal Baptist graduates. One is an auto mechanic, one is a nurse, and one does sales remotely. All extremely chill and no drama and must be a clean person to live here. College students and young professionals are welcome. No illegal drugs, pets, smoking and no overnight guests, single occupancy only. Call or text if interested.

We are all CBU graduates. One is 31, 28, and 22 years of age and is all working professionals. We like to play sports like soccer and basketball and watch as well. We are super chill and like to go to the movies from time to time. We like to have people over for parties every now and then as well. We are pretty quiet and clean for the most part.
