You’ll have a spacious, sunny room with large non-shared bathroom with 50“ tv, large walk-in closet with lots of storage, hi-speed internet, Hulu live, Netflix, Prime & Disney+ and more. Room is currently furnished but can move some furniture. I have a large sweet dog so must like dogs. Utilities included and housekeeping 1x month & will change your sheets, dust room & clean bathroom. There are miles of trail across the street (Linda Creek trails). I work from home and desire someone who has mostly regular work hours outside of the home. Am currently looking for a tenant for March-April, 2023. Thanks!
