Dylan's room

Large and bright basement room with a private bathroom in a newly renovated house near downtown Englewood. House is 3 bed, 2 bath with a large backyard. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and the kitchen. The basement has 1 bedroom, a bathroom, living space, bar area, and the laundry room. I do have a mini Goldendoodle that’s hypoallergenic, but no other pets will be allowed in the house.

I’m in my late twenties and am an estimator at a local construction company. In my free time, I like to camp in my truck, hang out with friends, swim competitively, grill, building stuff in my garage, and run with my mini Goldendoodle, Oscar.
