Master bedroom with private bathroom in Townhome available. Females only! Located in a gated community in Riverside. 10 minute or less drive to UCR, CBU, and RCC. The community has a pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately no pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Landlord requires a co-signer. Washer and dryer are in-unit. Utilities are split evenly between all 3 tenants. Cost depends on usage but typically cost around $60 a month per person. Hopefully I can post pictures soon as the current tenant is in the process of moving out. I want to respect her privacy and not post her belongings online. However, I can send pictures of the place privately until then😊 I’m happy to answer any questions you may have!

My roommate and I are looking to add a third roommate now that we have a room opening up! I graduated from college a couple years ago and she is currently a student.
