Room with a private bathroom and laundry services, limited use of the kitchen included, One (1) person (female) with good cleaning habits, clean background record, full-time job, respectful of the rules of coexistence, no drinking, no smoking, no pets, definitely no use of drugs. Contact me by sending me the following information via message: name, occupation, type of work, schedule, we will then schedule a phone appointment to arrange a date and time for the on-site visit.
Rental Price: USD $750 plus $175 deposit. This deposit will be used for cleaning and to cover any minor damages and room renovations at the end of the rental period.
