Linda's room

The house is just south of Franklin, TN in a large lot neighborhood. We have 4 bedrooms upstairs and a mother-in-law suite in the basement. We have 2 dogs that live in the house with us and 2 horses on the property. The bedroom is approximatley 15 x 15. It has a private bathroom with a shower.

my husband and teenage daughter live upstairs. My mom (Mimi) lives in the Mother-in-law suite. We are a Christian family and have rented the room for the past three years. One “daughter” stayed for about two years until she found the love of her life! We had another student live with us for a year while she did a Christian Studies program in Franklin, TN. We are looking for a female college or beyond to rent the room and bathroom. The renter will share the rest of the house and kitchen.
