Hello, we have one bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment located in Upper Greenlaw, a few blocks from Bushmaster Park. Move in date is September 1st. Rent is $540 plus internet and utilities which usually total about $70 - $100 depending on the time of year. There is a $400 refundable security deposit as well. Total move in cost would be $940. Absolutely no more pets allowed.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone age 24 - 40. We are a social household and are more than okay with friends and partners hanging out and staying over, however, we do live directly above a family with a school age child so we try to be very mindful of noise, especially after 830/9 ish. We strive to be a safe and inclusive space for all genders, orientations, races, and personalities. Differing opinions and politics are definitely okay but blatant bigotry/small mindedness is not. A love and respect for cats and dogs is also a must :)

About the room and apartment: Your room is carpeted and about 9’ x 12’ with a slanted ceiling that is 7’ at the lower side and 10’ at the higher side. It has one large east facing window that gets lots of sun in the morning and the room gets decent natural light throughout the day. The closet is small but has multiple shelves and a bar for hanging clothes. The room shares a bathroom with one other person. The apartment is clean and open and gets lots of sun throughout the day. The kitchen has a dishwasher as well as every appliance and utensil you could ever need! There is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well as a grand piano, though it needs to be tuned. There is a big private yard with a patio. You will have access to a large garage that is used for storage as well as an off street dirt parking spot.

About us: We are 28 and 30. One of us works at NAU and often works from home. The other is a school bus driver who gets up and leaves before dawn for work. We both enjoy all the usual Flagstaff outdoors activities like hiking, cycling, etc. We have a pretty impressive garden and love cooking. We also enjoy movie and board game nights as a house. We are both social drinkers. There are two cats and one dog who live here. They are all very sweet and mostly will just ask for your attention but we do ask that you be ready to tolerate the occasional pet antics like meowing, jumping up, food stealing, etc. Again, they are mostly very sweet and well behaved but definitely not the apartment for someone who doesn’t love animals haha.
