FURNISHED bedroom! Utilities included in rent. New bed, new blankets and sheets as of January 1, 2023! Private bathroom with bathtub. The bedroom has a walk in closet and a large window with privacy frosting on the lower half. You will also have the sole use of a hallway closet immediately outside your bedroom. A drying rack is included so you can hang any delicates you don’t want to put in the dryer. The rest of the house is fully furnished.
Traveling nurses welcome. Easy access to both 65 and 465 for quick access downtown and Carmel!

There is a large, furnished back patio overlooking a pond with space for more flower pots if you have a green thumb. The patio also has a grill if you like to use culinary skills outside and a small fire pit if you feel like roasting hot dogs on a summer evening. You will have some private cabinets in the kitchen but dishware, silverware, cookware, and tupperware are already provided. Additional private cabinet space in the laundry room above the dryer. The living room and dining room is open floor plan with a 4 person dining table, couch, chairs, TV, and there are some shelves available to add your personal touch to the space with your own books photos and memorabilia. No additional furniture is needed in the living room. A small amount of additional storage space is available in the attic which is not climate controlled. The living room couch is a pull-out queen bed available for use if a family member from out of town comes to visit.

33yo woman with a permanent full time job. I am not vegan but I am vegan friendly. This is not a peanut free home. I am a very friendly person but I work in customer service management and talk to people all day every day, so most of the time I’m quiet and introverted when I get home in the evenings. Once in a while you’ll catch me in a chatty mood but I’m usually up for some companionable silence (in the form of TV/movie watching) or just being alone in my room. If we plan in advance I love going out and doing fun things, or even having a game night or weenie roast. I love trying new things! I’ve been sky diving and caving for example. So much fun! As for my hobbies, I love plants/gardening and I enjoy walks in the park and hiking. I would love to kayak more. Every once in a while I’ll go ballroom dancing. Sometimes I enjoy some yoga and pilates. I enjoy target practice with firearms and woodworking. I love projects and building things but mostly that happens around Christmas time.
