The building is brand new with amazing facilities and is just minutes from 2 MetroMover stations. Close to Bayside and FTX Arena. Ours is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Furnished, double bed includes bedding, towels etc, closet, bar fridge, drawers, side tables, lamps. Very spacious. Block-out curtains (installed since photo). Full access to shared areas: lounge, great kitchen, washer & drier, and balcony. Gym, pool, steam room, spa, lounges, games room, bbq, cabanas …every imaginable facility! Insurance, power, internet included. Parking spot is $150 additional. No smoking building. Pet rent additional.

We’re a workaholic professional mid-50s English married couple, former AirBnB superhosts for many years, looking for a mature (acting) professional roommate who doesn’t drive us cray-cray to help temporarily with these ridiculous new Miami rents. We’re almost always at work or out so you can work from home in peace, no problem.
We laugh. A lot. We don’t smoke, drink a little (ok, she drinks a little more), sadly no longer have a fur baby and are too heartbroken to adopt another.
She only bothered to learn English, but he speaks English, Spanish, German & French (funny, because he doesn’t look smart at all!). If you’re new to Miami, we can point you in the right direction for great restaurants & hot-spots…we almost always eat out (so our kitchen is always immaculate). Looking forward to finding a new roomie, and friend.
