Please message me if you’re interested and tell me about yourself!  Hi, I am looking to get a roommate to share my condo with in Fairfax, VA starting september or October 1st (but can be earlier if need be). You would have your own bedroom as well as a bathroom, living room and kitchen access, and parking pass. There is a ton if restaurants/ shops around and its 1.5 miles to a metro and a bus stop outside. I am a 26 year old professional and am looking for someone around my age ( female and no couples), and since we would be in such close quarters its really important to me that we get along and could even be friends. I work 50- 60 hours a week (primarily from home but I will be having to go into the office a few days a week soon). I’m pet friendly and have a 14 lb dog who is the sweetest, is very quiet and laid back, so your dog can live here too if they have a similar temperament. She is also cat friendly. It will be an extra 50/month for a pet.

I enjoy going to the gym, going to restaurants/ bars, staying active, and hanging out with friends. I enjoy having friends over on the weekends so it would be cool if you could join us or at least wouldnt be bothered by it.
