Me and my 65 lb, deaf pittie (ESA) are looking for a respectful, professional to share this amazing apartment. I moved here 2 yrs ago from Seattle with my sis & she’s gonna live on the road for a bit so I have a room opening up Oct. 1 (small possibility it could be available 9/21 but NO earlier). I’m a very responsible 42 yr old accountant that spends most of my free time training/playing with my pup, roller skating, doing yoga, reading, hanging at the pool, indoor gardening, cooking (mostly vegan). I WFH (lots of Zoom calls) so need a quiet environment (M-F/8-6) & I wake up early (6-7a) so looking for someone that doesn’t party late. I’m not a smoker (of any kind) but I do enjoy a few drinks a week.

I’m not open to couples. If you’re interested, please fill out your profile so I can learn more about you. The split is $1,450 plus utilities. $100 additional for a parking space (if available), otherwise it’s street parking. The apt only allows dogs under 30 lbs (with pet rent) so you would need an ESA cert if your dog is bigger. The security deposit is $250 & there will be a $53 application fee.

You would be signing the lease (1 yr only)

About the room: the rooms are on opposite ends of the apt so it’s ideal for roommates. There’s a large bathroom, shower (no tub), small walk-in closet and sliding door going out to the patio. The room is 11’ x 13’ (not including the bathroom).
