Looking to Fill A Room August 1st - WEST HOLLYWOOD

Hello! My roommate (female) and I (26 yr old male) are looking to fill the master bedroom in our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment at the start of August 1st in a beautiful and secured apartment building in the West Hollywood area. We will be renewing our lease for another year so we need someone who is ready to commit on those terms!

Disregard the furniture in the photos: The common area is now completely unfurnished at the moment, so furniture is welcomed until further notice. The master bedroom is furnished.

The master bedroom will be $1768 a month, however you may have the option to swap rooms with my roommate if she chooses to take the master bedroom back and that may allow you to pay only $1564 a month with a shared bathroom. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom.

Also included: Central AC, Central Heating, small balcony, Rooftop access patio, Small gym, parking garage, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, garbage disposal, and some utilities.

As for utilities, we typically divide them amongst us and end up paying about $120 a month. (We sometimes work from home)

My roommate is allergic to animals so she doesn’t want any dogs here unfortunately. She works as a make up artist and I am a video editor/3D animator. We both are rarely home during the day (when not working from home), and are extremely easy going, and respectful of the space. We value cleanliness and drama-free people very much!

Cannabis friendly as long as you smoke on the balcony. No cigarette smokers please.

The neighborhood is very nice, we are within walking distance from many stores, coffee shops, restaurants, parks, hiking trails, etc. and very close to Sunset blvd. and Fairfax Ave.
