Located in Clinton, NC about 33 miles east of Fayetteville. Security deposit may be waived for the right person, depending on background/references.House is located in a more ethnic section of town, but it is for the most part very quiet. NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER is allowed— sorry! If you are a smoker this would not be the right place. There is a church close by and on Sunday you can hear the service, but other than that a mostly quiet area. You’ll have your own room and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. You’ll also have access to the kitchen and common room. You can bring your own portable washer/dryer if you would like (Amazon has portable washers for around $200), but this is up to you. There is a place in the kitchen to connect it. The house itself is over 1800 sf so there is plenty of space. Whether employed or not, you would need to just be able to show that you can afford the rent. Everyone’s situation is different and I’m aware of that. This space is best suited for someone who is older, settled, quiet, and preferably someone who will not have overnight guests. Once in a while is understandable, but not regularly, thank you! Please, no pets because of damages in the past from pets.

One other person in the property which will be me. I am an older person, no children or pets, generally very quiet and prefer someone similar. I generally don’t have overnight guests. I am allergic to smoke and smoke smells of any kind, so wouldn’t be a good fit if you are a smoker.
