I recently graduated from CSUSM. I have a full time job and will not be spending a ton of time at home. My other roommate, Kenny, is currently a student-athlete at CSUSM. You will share a bathroom with Kenny. You’ll have to furnish your own room, but all living room, kitchen, etc furniture is provided. Laundry in unit in the 2 car garage.
