Room in a 4 bedroom townhouse for rent. The room for rent is on the ground floor. The other 3 rooms are on the 3rd floor so there will be lots of privacy. Full access to kitchen, living room, laundry, and patio areas (porch and balcony). The kitchen and living room areas are complete with silverware, pots/pans, a spacious couch, and mounted television. Approximately a 20-minute drive to Downtown San Diego. The property is close to the 5 Fwy, less than 5 minutes away from stores such as Target, Walmart, Costco, Planet Fitness, 24 hour and many other grocery stores and restaurants. Chuze is about 15 mins away. Room is fully furnished with a full bed and dresser. Utilities and internet is split amongst all roommates. The room will be available December. Looking for 1-year lease.

All roommates are currently males. 2 of the current roommates are military service members from all walks of life. 1 other working professional. Ages range from mid-20s to early 30s. We’re looking for someone who will mesh well. Being mature, respectful, and down-to-earth. We’re all chill and don’t entertain unnecessary drama. Needs to be clean and responsible. No pets, no children, no couples. This house is for working profssionals. Thank you.
