Room biggest room in house, comes furnished (queen size bed and frame, desk, dresser, entertainment errands center. Walking distance as its located on the outskirts of downtown. There is a beautiful park (pulaski) along with a laundry mat next door. There is canna provisions,Dazed, holyoke cannabis and Boston bud factory within walking distance ( dispensaries), Dta, social security office and post office. The bus terminal is less than a 10minute walk. Move in Date TBD. Taking inquiries for a waitinglist for November Vacancy.

I would like to see how the vibes are for the first 3 months before committing longterm. I have 3 agreement options to cater to different situations.

1.Monthly subtenancy agreement requires $1400 to move-in at the rate of $700 per month. 2.Bi-weekly subtenancy agreement requires $800 to move-in at the rate of $400/biweekly. 3.Weekly subtenancy agreement requires $600 to move in at the rate of $200/weekly. please let me know which one you choose after backround check.
