Vi's room

Very nice, new townhouse in downtown Eugene, about a 20 minute walk from UO. Recently built, current roommate moving out soon is the first one to live in the advertised room. All new appliances (including dishwasher, downstairs AC, up and downstairs heating, in-unit laundry), lots of storage space. There is a half-bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom with two showers and one toilet upstairs. Bills (after splitting three ways) include trash ($60/3 mo.), WiFi ($20/mo.), and electric+water (generally ~$50/mo.)

I go by Vi (they/them). I’m 23 and a chemistry PhD student at the UO. My friend Ash (they/them), who I’ve known for about 15 years, also lives here. Our current third roommate who has been here since September will be moving out in the near future, so we are hoping to find someone to take her room ASAP.
