Nice single level 1500 sq foot 3-bedroom house in North Summerlin. Quiet and respectful neighbors. Master Bedroom with ensuite bath, sliding glass door to nice patio, and walk in closet. Room has nice furniture and 6 months old full size sleep number bed with remote to adjust firmness. I use 2 smaller bedrooms in front of house as office and bedroom for myself. Great access to shopping on uncongested roads. You will need to have a car. 3 minutes from far hills and 215 intersection. No pets and must have job outside the home .
