There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, nice kitchen gas stove refrigerator. Internet and cable ready that usually runs together about $150

I am a female in my 60s, I work part-time I am young at heart so if you are younger and come and go or whatever your circumstances are in pretty easy going. Just asking for respect from each other of course. I have a small dog so if you have a small dog that would be fine. I have a daughter that works in OB so I moved here from Northern California 5 years ago to be near her. I’m the only roommate you would have.
