Great location, A,C,E,L at the end of the block, 1,2,3 two streets down, 7 min to PATH, 10-15 min walk to Union Square Park and 4,5,6,L,N,Q,R,W. Close to Trader Joe’s, Westside Market, Chelsea Market and the High Line, Hudson River Park, Washington Square Park, and NYU. Great lighting all day from southern facing windows, unit is at back of building so it’s relatively quiet with little street noise. 5th floor walkup, W/D in unit. Bedroom furnished with bed (double), desk, and window AC.
About the roomies
I’m a working professional in healthcare PR, mostly work from home. I’ve lived in this apartment for 3+ years. I’m generally quiet and clean and prefer to keep it that way. More of an introvert but love getting to know people and would be happy to be friends with my roommate. I cook and bake often. I enjoy going out to eat with friends or spending a night in, generally anything lowkey. COVID safe and no smoking please.
