Howdy Yall! I am renting out a room in my 2,250 sq ft house on a month to month basis for $700 a month flat rate. I’m only looking for 1 roommate so the bathroom will be your own, just not connected to the room. The house has very reliable high speed internet, washer and dryer, garage, drive way parking space, multiple closets are available (1 in your room and 2 in the hallway) and the room itself is 16x12. I am located off 151 and Ingram with easy access to either 151 or 410. Lackland AFB is <10 mins away, very close to 2 HEB locations, the Westover Hills Shopping area is just on the other side of 151. I will consider people with pets (except cats) as I have a 2 year old Blue Heeler and shared custody of an 8 year old Golden Retriever, who will occasionally grace us with his presence. Both dogs get along with people. I have dog door with access to the backyard. If you have any other questions or would like to arrange a tour, please feel free to contact me.

I myself am a teacher who works 8a-5p. I have minimal house rules: if you smoke, please do so outside, clean up after yourself and no parties. I am mostly looking for someone who is self sufficient and an independent professional who needs an unfurnished room to move into starting August 1st 2022.
