I want to share my apartment with someOne for my room is leaving next month. It’s Avery clean apartment in a nice apartment complex where only decent people live. There is plenty of parking, a swiming pool, and I have a grill on the balcony that you can use. All utilities internet and Netflix are included. I’m a 36 year old friendly clean and respectful guy by the way.

I’m the only one living here, I’m single, although I have a girlfriend I spend most of my weekends with at her place, Im a sheet metal worker and I’m very clean, respectful and considerate.
